Boundary Surveys

A Boundary Survey I believe this is essential before Purchasing, Renting, Leasing or Subdividing or entering into a Lease agreement of any property. Determining the extent or limitations, example over ground Rights of way, Underground Wayleaves, pipes, wires drains etc. in favour of the property or as a burden over the property can prevent expensive litigation and potential boundary disputes.
